About

Built by an Etsy seller

ListEZ is built by Logan Crook, who runs three Etsy shops and uses ListEZ on every one of them.

Who builds ListEZ

Logan Crook started ListEZ in 2026 to fix his own problem: three Etsy shops, hundreds of listings, and no tool that did more than tell him what was wrong. Research tools surfaced keywords; nothing rewrote the listing, published it, and then showed whether the change worked. ListEZ does all of that, and his own shops are where every feature is tried first.

ListEZ is for any Etsy seller: handmade, vintage, supplies, digital downloads or print-on-demand. His shops are where it is tested, not who it is for.

Where the Etsy SEO rules come from

Two sources. The first is Etsy's own guidance, in particular the August 2025 Seller Handbook update that moved titles toward shorter, natural-language phrases. The second is our own data: we run keyword searches through Etsy's official API every day, and that tracking is how we check advice before we build it into the product. Where our data contradicts common advice, our guides and the research page say so.

The rules themselves live in one place in our code, so the title scorer and the AI prompts work from the same numbers. The Etsy title character limit guide and the Etsy tag guide explain them.

How our Etsy data is collected

Our keyword and rank pipelines search Etsy through its official API every day and record where active listings appear for each keyword. We publish only aggregates: no shop, seller or individual listing can be identified from anything on our site. The method, the sample sizes and the limits are on the Etsy Search Data 2026 page, along with a CSV of every figure.

Data from your own shop is a different matter: it is only read when you connect your shop, it is never published, and the privacy policy says exactly what is stored.
