These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListEZ application and website at listez.app ("Service"), operated by ListEZ ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ListEZ is a listing management and automation tool for online sellers. The Service provides features including AI-assisted listing creation, image and mockup generation, Etsy listing management, Pinterest pin creation and scheduling, analytics and performance tracking, and workflow automation.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ListEZ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
ListEZ connects to Etsy through the Etsy Open API v3 using OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your Etsy shop, you authorise ListEZ to access and manage your listings within the permission scopes you grant. You acknowledge that:
ListEZ connects to Pinterest through the Pinterest API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest's own Terms of Service.
ListEZ uses third-party AI services (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate content. AI-generated content may require review and editing before use. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
You agree not to: use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon intellectual property rights; create listings that violate platform policies; attempt to manipulate marketplace metrics; generate deceptive or fraudulent content; reverse engineer the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access; transmit malware; or resell the Service without our consent.
ListEZ may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We may change prices with 30 days' written notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ListEZ and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Content generated by AI services through ListEZ is produced on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights before publishing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the use of ListEZ will result in increased sales, traffic, or any specific business outcome. We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services. AI-generated content may contain errors and you are solely responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTEZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListEZ from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, data stored on our servers will be deleted within 30 days. Data stored locally on your computer is not affected.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ListEZ. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. We shall not be liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
