ListEZ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ListEZ application and website at listez.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
When you create a ListEZ account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide during registration.
When you connect your Etsy shop through OAuth 2.0 authentication, we access the following data from your Etsy account on your behalf:
We only access data within the OAuth permission scopes you explicitly authorise. We do not access your Etsy password, payment information, or buyer personal data unless you separately grant those permissions.
When you connect your Pinterest account through OAuth 2.0 authentication, we access board information, pin creation and management capabilities, and account profile information.
We store listing data, generated text (titles, descriptions, tags), AI-generated images, mockups, pin designs, schedules, and analytics data that you create or generate using ListEZ.
We collect standard usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns to improve our service.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the ListEZ service; create, manage, and optimise your Etsy listings on your behalf; generate and schedule Pinterest pins; provide analytics and performance insights; process AI-generated content using third-party AI services; communicate with you about your account; detect and prevent fraud or security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
We use the Etsy Open API v3 to manage your shop listings. Your Etsy data is accessed through OAuth 2.0 authentication and is used solely to provide listing management features you request.
We use the Pinterest API to create and manage pins on your behalf. Your Pinterest data is accessed through OAuth 2.0 authentication and is used solely to provide pin creation and scheduling features.
We use third-party AI services (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate listing content, images, and recommendations. Your listing data (titles, descriptions, tags, art descriptions) may be sent to AI providers to generate content. We do not share your personal account information with AI providers. Each AI provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle data sent through their APIs.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use Supabase for database services and Railway for application hosting. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
ListEZ's core application runs locally on your computer. Your listing data, images, mockups, and generated content are stored on your local machine and remain under your control. The local application does not transmit your data to our servers unless you explicitly use the hosted SaaS version.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including OAuth 2.0 PKCE authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with your consent (when you connect third-party services), with service providers under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, when necessary to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
You may request a copy of your personal data, update or correct your account information, request deletion of your account and data, disconnect third-party services at any time, and opt out of non-essential communications. Data stored locally on your computer is under your direct control.
ListEZ uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not serve advertisements.
ListEZ is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you access ListEZ from outside North America, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada and the United States.
ListEZ is operated from Alberta, Canada. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and updating the "Last Updated" date.
